Bluegrass Commercial Group Awarded Republic Bank Renovation in Lexington

Bluegrass Commercial Group, LLC of Wilder, Kentucky has been awarded the contract for the Republic Bank Norwood Branch Renovation which was bid on September 23, 2016. There were three other bids submitted for the project, with Bluegrass being the lowest.

The General Construction project at 333 West Vine St, Lexington, Kentucky, will consist of demolition of an existing office area in order to turn it into a working bank office. The total scope of work area 3,800 square foot.

Work at the site will begin the first week of October, and the time of completion estimated to be completed in January 2017.
